★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i just received my products, i realized the message card for all the 4 boxes have gone missing and i did complain to them as all the gifts need to be sent out before Christmas.
There was a lady who name Farah very soon texted me and followed up all the details with me and kept me posted. So, a thumbs up for an employee named Farah Wahidah ( 016- 495xxxx) , she has really good customers service and patience.
I just want to mention that hopefully next time before you all send out the products to customers, please double check the items. Thank you ! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased family T-shirt with names printed on the shirts. Father, kid and baby shirt quality is okay but not for women slim fit shirt. I thought the shirt is a bit thicker but it is quite thin. Name printing quality is so so only. A bit disappointed when I received the shirts because the price is not cheap. Shirt colour (Royal Blue) is acceptable because it is not far different with Famsy photo shown on their website.
WhatsApp and FB Messenger replies are slow.
Nevertheless, the customer service personnel is helpful.

I completely understand the festive season may cause delays and your office is closed even though a consignment note is created . The issue is the courier service hired (NINJA VAN) made such a fuss. Did you know that this item was in the warehouse and I had to chase them everyday for it ? I can't even track the item until I have to fire up the ninja van customer service and the manager . It was completely unprofessional and a disaster.
I really hope your side will improve by informing customers about festive season delays and having a better courier company to get the job done. I'm truly disappointed with your side and NINJA VAN .
