Price is reasonable considering you can make order the same day and it will be delivered within few hours after order. Free delivery for order above RM80. Very convenient to order here. I’ve order bouquet for graduation when received it only have 02 sunflower and white carnation instead of as per their picture published in website. Totally without Eustoma !!
Their CS one Malay gal nurairny assured me take the replacement flowers of pink carnation are equal value to the initial choice ,but when I received the bouquet looked so dull, and only have white carnation, the wrapping was BAD and it looks so MESSY !! Flowers that are not fresh have wilted, somemore only have white carnation, their CS Nurainy She handled it unprofessionally and rude !! comparing to the photo listed on their website totally didn't match the picture that was displayed on the website.their Customer service so terrible calling and nobody will answer call !

First of all, i’ve made an order for Valentine’s Day with Far East flora customer service (named Nurairy ) , when i’ve received but it looks not fresh and different from the picture from their website,second day the flower is half dead, furthermore the bouquet is horribly wrap. This is literally the ugliest flower I ever received.
Bad customer service and Whatsapp online but no reply calling also din answer. So lousy services
Disappointed for the first purchase, also the last time purchase from them !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently walk in and buy valentines Flowers from them , As far as I remember also served by Malay female workers , She Persuade me buy ready made fresh flower , finally i have bought 02 fresh flower as she mentioned all the flower came with fresh, BUT on next day all that Flowers wilted and dead. The bouquets from other florists lasted almost a week.A bit disappointed as its valentines. No one likes to receive half dead flowers. my disappointment when the bouquet sent was so un professionally wrapped. I reached out to fareastflora and their terrible Customer Service Department explained that they weren't able to do anything as the feedback (and send back the backed up with photos) was from the recipient, not the buyer.
A company that does not value its customers and has acted unprofessionally - what a disappointment!
