★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My baby had rashes so I needed some medication. StarMed Pharmacy had this Bepanthen Oinment 30g (Value Pack) which had two boxes of 30g in it. The price on the shelve said RM13.50 for it. When I was about to pay the cashier Mr.L** told me that the ointment cost RM13.50 for one box, for 2 it will cost RM20 plus. Did a quick google check and found out that the value pack with 2 boxes in it cost the same price stated at their shelve which is RM13.50. Told the cashier about it which then his reply was "Then you just buy, there(online). Our system says RM13.50 for one only."
I don't think it was a coincidence that the price of the value pack was exactly the same price as their price for one box.
Knew he was trying to cheat me but I did end up buying one box due to emergency. So he tore the value pack wrapping and gave me one for RM13.50.
