β β β β β Bad experience in this farmasi today. Found the biolife A.B. Junior pre & probiotic n the price stated at the box of 50sachet is rm35.85 which is quite cheap. Caring pharmacy sell 2boxes for rm80++. Confirm with the staff and he said yes, 1 box is rm35.85. So i take 1 box plus some other stuff. Total is rm108, paid w my debit card. Only realize in the resit stated rm83.02. Went there again to confirm. The other guy check in the system, rm35.85 is actually for 10sac the box of 50sac is rm83.02 (i had confirmed 3times with the staff before take it n he's very confident telling me rm35.85 is for 1 box). So i asked for refund n they said cannot since i paid w debit card n thousand other reason n start blaming me for didnt check n so on. I asked to credit back to my acc, they say cannot. So fine. I took it n left only to realize in the box only hv 30sac instead of 50sac.
So went there again, so ask them to top up another 20sac coz i paid for 50sac. They dont hv enough, stock only left 40sac. So asked me to top up w other stuff. Since so fed up w them ady, i do it. Wth. If i didnt realize that, i will only get 30sac n pay for 50sac. The older guy doesnt have the courtesy to say sorry, only the other 2 did. Very bad.
So guys, be very careful if u go to this farmasi, they wont have courtesy to make sure u hv the right thing for what u're paying.
