★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at the clinic at 6.25P.M on Friday, 30 August 2019 and it was closed. It didn't say on Google Maps that it is closed. We went here in February 2018 for my then 1 y.o and we really liked the service. We take our children here whenever we need to and are in town. We're from Kuala Kangsar. Would give more stars if they had updated their opening hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment given for 2pm for my son's vaccination. Clinic even gave reminder 1 day before to which I confirmed.
I arrived at 2, clinic is closed. After almost 10 minutes of waiting outside carrying my 4mo son, and pressing the bell several times, finally a woman unlocks the door with an annoyed face and irritably tells me that the doctor isn't here yet. So I equally irritably questioned why they would set the appointment at 2 then? 3 staff there... No answer. No apologies. Surely they know what time their doctor typically arrives. Actually I wouldn't have minded so much if the staff had been a little more hospitable and apologetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been attending this clinic for almost 4 years already.. ever since I move in to Elmina West. I must admit, the doctor is very nice.. and that experience keeps me coming back when my kids in need.
Unfortunately, my last 2 visits were big disappointments. The staff crews at front counter are giving us a very bad experience.. particularly this one lady.. the eldest among others.. If I have to guess, she is around mid 40s. We understand that the clinic is adopting appointments system.. but in case of emergency.. parents dont have the comfort to obliged with the appointment system..
my 6 years old kid today had a visit there.. after 13 times vomited.. and as soon as I walk in into the clinic, without say Hi, the rude lady with rude face and high pitch says “Ada appointment tak? Kalau takda tak boleh.. Doctor takda.. lagi 30 minutes baru masuk” I was so shock.. not because of the system.. but how rude can one be to another.. The same massage can easily be delivered with a smile..

Opening hours shows at 9, came at 9 :10am with a sick baby plus raining, door still shows closed, then staff open the door and say its open but they have just started cleaning?? So ask to go wait in the car. Asked them if the dr have arrived, they said dr will only come after 9 40. THEN WHY DO U EVEN BOTHER PUTTING OPENING HR AT 9 AM? Walked away and went to Anadia instead. Plain lousy definitely

Hello please don't lie ye, you havent even took my name or my child's name I haven't even enter the clinic as the staff only talk to me outside of the clinic and she told me that the Dr only will come after 9 40 and when I ask her why she said errr entah la mmg macam tu and couldn't even answer me when I ask why put opening hrs at 9 then? Pls don't lie that you've already register me when I haven't give my kids detail or even anything not even masuk the clinic. Definitely on my red list to avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a bad experience. Both doctor and staff are just rude. Please if you are coming from elsewhere not Denai Alam just dont come to this clinic. Not worth the travelling hours , just to come to a rude staff and annoying doctor. Never in my life I was treated thid badly, not even in a govt clinic! Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The operation hours is at 9am but the door still close and the staff does not welcoming us. Their reason is, Dr has yet to come. Need to wait for the Dr then the staff will open the outlet. Poor service where the staff all not very friendly as well. But.. The doctor treated my baby very well. Thanks Dr!
