I booked a car a week before my trip. Two days before my trip they contacted me saying that car is not available and they offered another. I accepted and took the car around midnight. In the morning I discovered that the wires on two front tyres are out and the tyres are completely unusable. I had to waste 4 hours looking for tyres and changing them. Also found the engine oil way low. It seems like they just rent cars without doing proper maintenance.
I don't recommend. If you care about the safety of your family don't rent from here. I'm giving them 2 stars because they agreed to pay for the tyres and compensated me slightly for the delay.
