★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tested a car and wanted to buy. informed payment will be cash (bank draft), don't need loan. we were working on the company resolution & bank draft etc. but salesman 1day later informed car sold. gentleman's agreement had already been made, but they obviously don't honour what they say. if they can't keep their word on such things, how can one trust whatever they say or promise? "favor" to lie thru their teeth.

He is an honest, friendly and professional person. Good knowledge on various types of cars and aftersales services also very good. So far the 2 cars are purchased at reasonable price with the right condition as described. No hanky panky or hide up from Alex. Even allow to bring up your own mechanic to check up the car to ensure your confidence in order to close the sales deal. Purchase process is rather smooth and easy. Each of the purchase cost breakdown is clearly quoted and explained. I would get back to support Favor in the future.
