★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The maintenance was so bad.
They didnt change the bedsheet it was so itchy.
Ask for room service, and the housekeeping was so rude, rang the room bell showing annoyed face and told us “we’re not on overtime” and ask us to put the bedsheet ourselves.
We booked for 2 nights but We decided to leave. Worst place ever!
The room was so smelly that i had to open the window.
The sink was awful, can you imagine there is Nasal poop on my sink. DISGUSTING.
Can’t change the tv channel. Poorly maintained hotel. Bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to so many hotels in life, I found out this is quiet nice peaceful hotel. No liquor sale, no GRO, no pub and just nice peaceful hotel. An old hotel. Overall it is reasonably price and reasonably clean. If you expect 5 star accommodation, please get 5 star Hotel with pub, liquor, GRO etc. But if you are looking RM100++ per night with good view, peace, and you can solat in peace, I bet you this hotel is OK. For me and my wife, we made the stay like in 5 star hotel, enjoy the stroll at waterfront, watching sunset, went out shopping at nearby pasar Payang, nice cheap good food at few stall at waterfront and frankly thank you Felda Residence. Just improve cleanliness a bit, just do proper maintenance, you shall survive this business insyallah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was lucky to get a room here during peak hari raya holiday. Location is good, just next to the waterfront. The room is okay, but the carpet kind of stinks and has got a lot of stains. Aircond is too cold, I tried to increase the temperature but nothing happened. But I guess it's better to have a cold room than hot room. So that's fine. Waterpressure is slow for the sink & toilet. But shower is good. Breakfast spread is okay - not great, but not bad. Staffs are all nice and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 19 May 2022, Thursday, at 3:15 pm, once again I arrived at Felda Residence Hotel, Kuala Terengganu. A few months ago I came with my wife, just the two of us but this time more than that, I came with my wife, son, daughter -in -law and my four grandchildren. We stayed in two rooms and had a view of the city. Indeed, the furniture in this hotel room is old but clean, organized, beautiful and stylish.
I am a former Felda employee, I looked at this hotel building, I remembered various happy and sad events, and all of them I was amazed. All of that is reflected in my heart, making me more energetic at the age of 70.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The toilet flush in my room is so slow. The hotel is a bit old. The location is good. Plenty of parking available. Towel also old and not fluffy anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness were very poor especially the toilet. They should be upgraded if they want to sustain in this business. The location is excellent..there shouldn't be any VVIP parking lot...they should parked their vehicles like any other paying customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestly it's really a very old hotel. a little pricey for its condition. but then the room I got was not that bad. quite decent and the room is spacious. the housekeeping is actually not bad. they have room service as well if you need food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a decent stay. The view was amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get a room with the river view. When we arrived at 3 p.m., the receptionist said we need to wait because the room was not ready. After asking them how long should we wait, she looked at her computer and said that our room is ready. My guess is she just placed us in any available room to make sure we don’t complain much. The breakfast was delicious with variety of food. Need to pay extra Rm25 for extra person. The room was okay even though the carpet was a bit old full of stain. No tissues were provided in my room. The door lock was a bit tight. The elevator door made a shrieking sound when opened. All in all, it was a moderate experience.
