β β β β β 1. I came to this hotel around 2013 as consultants held a weekend discussion here.
2. We found the room kind of limited in space but livable but the amenities were OK.
3. What I like about this hotel was its strategic central location in town and specifically is within walking distance to Pasar Payang which I enjoyed walking along the street and window-shop.
4. I cannot comment how service is now but its selling point is definitely its centrality.

β β β β β Tak banyak selection food for breakfast. Was thinking will be having kuih2 melayu traditional terengganu but none. Only have Nasi Dagang as a treadmark. the rest just okay. Room also just okay. Near to masjid so Azan Subuh can woke you up early. Overall worth the price.

β β β β β Hotel was nice. We upgraded to a deluxe king room as the standard room was way too small for us. There were a lot of ants in the room. Food was ok. Staff service was too slow. We need to ask them to clear our table eventhough the staffs were standing, talking and not doing anything. Housekeeping was poor. They did not clean my room. Had to call housekeeping to ask. Housekeeping staff asked "nak kemas apa makcik?" Well, you should know your job. Why do i have to tell you? So i asked for my room to be vacumed and she said she didnt bring the vacum cleaner. Asked for new towels, she said there were no new towels available. Asked for some tissues and she said there were no tissues. The next day the same staff came to clean up my room with a sour face and asked again "nak kemas apa makcik?". I just kept quiet and observed her work. Well, she just straightened up my bed, took out the trash. That was all. I was so angry i just asked her to change the bed linen. She asked me "kena tukar ke makcik?" ? she also did not clean the toilet for 3 days.. what an experience!

β β β β β The parking space is provided, however still not fix to cater the guests attendance during the wedding ceremony. The food is okay, not too good, not too bad. The hall is spacious to fit the guests

β β β β β The room is quite roomy for a suite but the condition was season a lot. The wall, lamps, curtain was worn out and have slight unpleasant smell.
The front desk was really helpful and professional.
The in dining room service was really bad. The pricing is almost the same as 4 stars hotels in KL but the service was terrible. No portable table provided and the quantity of the food was bad. I got uncooked mushroom soup ( taste like a mushroom soup powder mix with cold water only), have a hair in the soup and also I got rotten tomatoes on my fried rice.
Undoubtedly, the hotel's location is one of the best in the town.

β β β β β It is an old hotel and near masjid. The room carpets could have been clean(shampooed) every half year. Water heating in the bath could have been better maintained.
Kuala Terengganu is good for tourists. It would be better if the state govt could put axtra effort on clean public facilities
