★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan terpedaya dengan promosi dan tawaran pakej Haji yang menjanjikan Hotel 5 Bintang dengan harga yang kononnya murah berbanding TH Travel. Ini kerana, pihak Felda Travel tidak menjanjikan khemah untuk bermalam di Mina kepada jemaah pakej nya sendiri. Ramai jemaah haji terpaksa bermalam di atas jalan raya dan ada yang terpaksa menumpang khemah jemaah yang lain (jika ada yang prihatin, kerana rata rata nya akan di halau).
Ibu dan Ayah saya adalah dalam kalangan jemaah haji pakej Zahabi, di janjikan hotel 5 bintang tetapi pada waktu melaksanakan rukun Haji dan akibat pengurusan pihak Felda yang sangat tidak telus dan bersikap lepas tangan, mereka dilayan lagi teruk daripada jemaah haji Muhassasah.
Pengurusan yang buruk dari Felda Travel kerana tidak berlaku jujur kepada klien anda yang sudah membayar untuk perkhidmatan anda.
 Don't be fooled by the promotions and offers of Hajj packages that promise 5 Star Hotels at a cheaper price than TH Travel. Because of this, Felda Travel has not promised to spend the night in Mina with its own package. Many pilgrims had to spend the night on the road and some had to stay in other pilgrims' tents (if anyone was concerned, because their flat would be cleared).
My mother and father were among the pilgrims of the Zahabi package, promised 5-star hotel but at the time of piloting Hajj and due to Felda's very unacceptable management and hands-on nature, they were treated worse than Muhassasah pilgrims.
Bad management of Felda Travel for not being honest with your clients who already pay for your services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya terpanggil untuk memberikan sedikit review dan pengiktirafan sewajarnya kepada Felda Travel terutamanya team umrah dan ziarah bila mana saya menyaksikan sendiri travel ejen lain yang dipilih oleh saudara mara dan kawan2 yang sangat tidak profesional dan tidak mempunyai nilai kebertanggungjawaban yang sepatutnya menjadi zikir harian mereka dalam mengendalikan jemaah umrah samada semasa hari berlepas di KLIA sehingga seterusnya perjalanan umrah dan ziarah mereka di Mekah dan Madinah. Tidak perlu dicerita panjang lebar satu persatu, cukuplah dengan kalau begitu lah tahap profesional mereka berniaga memberi perkhidmatan setelah ribu2 RM mesti diselesaikan pada bayaran pertama 3-4bulan sebelum berlepas, maka Felda Travel tidak layak saya beri kurang dari 5 bintang. Terima kasih dan keep up the good work.
I was called upon to give a bit of review and due recognition to Felda Travel especially the Umrah and pilgrimage team where I witnessed other travel agents selected by relatives and friends who were very unprofessional and with no sense of accountability should be their daily commemorative governing congregation Umrah either during the day of departure at KLIA until their next pilgrimage and pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina. Needless to say, one by one, enough is the fact that their professional level of service after RM2,000 has to be settled on the first payment 3-4 months before departure, so Felda Travel is not eligible for me less than 5 stars. Thank you and keep up the good work.
