★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite lamian "pulled noodles" stall. Owners are down to earth restaurant operators who have adapted to local preferences yet retaining the authentic from China spirit.
Notably is their efforts to produce a sambal suited to local taste and introduction of pepper based soup. These fiery additions goes well for a hearty appetite.
Din Tai Fung loyalist will find delight in the chiaozee and xiao lung bao ... from humble beginnings 5 years ago, presently they sell over 10 000 dumplings for take away .. this is shop who industriously wraps the dumplings whenever there are breaks from the endlese customers.
For those who prefers rice .. the pepper based soup catering to customers preferences of ingredients bitter gourd .. tofu .. pork slices and etc etc will be excellent for a rainy evening meal.
Good food prepared with care, passion and love deserves to be represented by courteous polite and friendly service ..
The lady boss and her team of server are as sincerely friendly as they come ... one cant ask for more ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mee is nice. And very big portion. Like their mee and it taste pretty much like slightly thicker version of Malaysian pan mee. Would be better to order 1 main and 1 side to share if 2 ppl visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very affordable and delicious noodles. The handmade noodles are very springy and el dente. Parking is abit of a challenge.

The soup is full of flavour and portion is good.
Alternatively, you can choose the ingredients from the fridge (placed outside) and tell them how you want your noodles done.
However, cleanliness is not so good. The floor I mean.
