★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firdani Counter staff has no experience in handling points to be credited to Genting Rewards card. Instead she said system down which inconvenience customer without giving us the direction to genting rewards. We have to search high and low till we finally found the Genting rewards counter.
Fortunately the rewards counter staff was good in handling and said system was not down. Instead Firdani counter staff need to complete a form and update within 7days. He helped to complete the form and will inform the firdani counter staff.
