โ โ โ โ โ Went on sunday actually but I went late at 4. Hence I went at 1pm on Monday and waited for an hour atleast. 2 customers then cut my queue. 1 customer brings his family along hence I don't mind they're cutting my queue bcs of children. Thank goodness I didn't have nothing to do on that day. My car got attend on 3:50 pm.
Simply This service center needs more man power and fast worker. From my observation, the only had like 3/6 workers who's really doing the work. Don't get me wrong, they had friendly staffs but I've waited quite a long time and I've consumed like half a pack of cigarette that day. Oppss!! The workshop is stacked with cars waiting to be repair. Overall the technician did decent job repairing my car A/C system and problems are thoroughly explained. Paid MYR 300 more n less for faulty expansion valve+gas. Repair job ends at 5:30pm. The next time you went here, set an appointment first with the workshop.

โ โ โ โ โ Good services and friendly staffs. Does not charge you any labour fees if it is a simple job. Overall reasonable price when comes to parts and they only request you to change the parts if really necessary. Highly recommend this shop. ??

โ โ โ โ โ Great service and affordable price. The technician that do the service for my car. If i not mistaken the name is aris. He even replace some of my bumper clip without even charge me for it. I wont even minf if he charge it as the clip already not in good condition. Glad for choosing this workshop to do my ac service

True enough. The staff are very nice and friendly. The services are excellent. The price are fair and reasonable.And most important is the workmanships are excellent.
I'm a happy and satisfied customer. Kudos to the whole team??

โ โ โ โ โ The foreman is knowlegdeable and doesnt simply say its a compressor problem like other workshop do. They try the cheaper way 1st by flushing, change the valve and recieving drier..anyway it has to be service rite after 7 years never service.

Customer Services :
1) Good - Provide clear explanation of the air conditioning problems.
2) Price - RF provides few options quotation to suits Customer financial abilities - comes with warranty
3) Time - 4/5 ( quite fast, sent at 1000am ready for collection at 1600pm #guys it's subject to crowd
4) After service - RF provides free car wash for the customer, however we didn't have much time to wait... So thumbs-up!!
5) Other Services - Basic car servicing and Engine as well
