โ โ โ โ โ Honest and competent staffs at Raudhah Auto. Dealt mainly with Kak Ida on the booking which was very professional and helpful. Came here to work on air conditioning issue on my Toyota Vellfire. The other workshop recommends Compressor replacement which would cost around MYR1.5k - 2k. Came to Raudhah Auto for 2nd opinion that the mechanic by the name of Anip troubleshooted that this is actually an issue with loose pressure switch and overfill compressor oil. Rectified the issue and significantly bring down the maintenance cost to only MYR200. Well done Raudhah Auto, keep up the good work and stay honest to your customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Very honest shop. Come to check aircond not cooling but instead blowing hot air. Sr Mechanic there told me there's some leak so there's no gas. They try to trace but not found due to very small leak. They suggest refill air cond gas with new greenish oil so next time can be trace where the leak is. Now my air cond cool like north pole.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to troubleshoot issue of aircond not cold for my SUV back in March 2022. Waited in a small room with WiFi access to get some work done. The whole place in general was rather dark, gloomy and dirty. They started at 9.40am and after 30mins of diagnosing, the mechanic in-charge explained that it was a faulty compressor issue. Cost will be RM1,950 to replace the compressor, including labour and service. Warranty of 1 month will be given.
Amount was too much for me to decide and proceed on the spot, hence, I took the car to another aircond workshop in Kota Kemuning for 2nd opinion.
The aircond workshop informed that it was leaking cooling coil instead and he showed photos of a similar model of my SUV in a whatsapp chat with a customer that he fixed just 2 months back. Cost to replace it is RM1,600 with 1 year warranty.
Proceed to replace the cooling coil and it has been working fine since then. Already 2 months since I did the replacement, hence, only posting now as I wanted to be sure the diagnosis was done correctly.
Back to Raudhah, staff were friendly and nice, but the misdiagnosed was really bad. If I were to proceed, that means spending close to RM2k and not fixing the problem, with even further spend to replace the cooling coil.
