nobody picked up the office phone, whatsapp replied too slow, usually more than 24 hours. should improve customer service.

I paid a little extra just to get a better service compares to all your competitors Sri, Eversafe, Aito and Unique but I didn't expect the response on WhatsApp is slow. Only I asked for the second time then your staff replied. Im not sure if that place lacked of manpower or not but seriously, I regreted buying from this company. Your many fancy ISOs are not that special afterall. I would rather take others who offer cheaper price and as poor customer service as FFI. Somemore, your staff did not follow the EMCO SOP to make sure of checking temperature and attendance check. 2 stars instead of 1 star is because Im able to get my pick up order without having me to wait much longer.

Recommended place to get fire fighting equipment. I get my car fire extinguisher at reasonable price thanks to friendly staff there.

I've ordered 2x 1kg fire extinguisher on 29th Aug and until today there is no follow up until i call just now. The customers service says it is out of stocks and i only can get it by end of Sept. What the heck dude? Seriously u gonna sell items that you do not have?

I came in with three kg (2 units) and 1 kg (1 unit) extinguishers for replenishing. The lady at reception looked at the canisters and said that it was too old and cannot be used. I asked her for a reason and she replied in the same, 'too old.' She called a tech person but he picked one up, crushed (and broke the nozzle) and replied the same thing, 'too old'. There was a senior person seated in the office and she sauntered on over, took a look at the units and said the same thing, 'too old.' Then a 'very senior person' (I deduced this from her dressing) came over and before she could add to the conversation, the earlier senior person repeated to her a number of times how old the units were. And the latter left. Mr William Wong, customer relations, comes by, examines the units and says, let me see what I can do and proceeds to request the tech person to do a 'pressure test' on the units. Not being able to wait, he gave me his card and asked me to call him later in the day. I picked 2 working canisters from them a couple of days later. Mr Wong deserves 5 stars for his service. Unfortunately the others brought it down to 4.

Paid 20 unit new 9kg fire extinguisher and collected 24 units from us to do service (on 9th of Dec21), on 18th (9 days later), no news from them, Whatsapp them when the deliver date, 20th only reply saying logistic will carry out by this week, excuse is flood problem, 4th Jan22 (after 26 days) (no news again) whatsapp when are they going to deliver, asked them if fire occur, who's going to responsible? reply bcos flood problem again, told them we thought they're big company, a bit expensive, but still purchase from them, but service worst then small company, on the 10th Jan (after 32 days), still no news, whatsapp again, ignore my message after read, today is already 46 days from the date they took our fire extinguisher, my factory is in danger if any fire occur, they seems like don't care at all, asked us to pay money asap, but ignore their customer this way, what kind of company is this, no responsibility at all, who dare to do business again with them, if next week still no reply, will complaint to CCMC.

1) Make an order for renewal fire extinguishers on 08/11/2021, done payment at the same day. Check with their customer service on WhatsApp after one day only reply and said that bomba website down and system issues. Then told me will pickup my fire extinguishers on the next week. 2) After waited one week 19/11/2021 still haven’t pickup my fire extinguishers and I message thru their WhatsApp again, then reply me and show me a few pictures that their warehouse is full of fire extinguishers to be renew due to bomba website issues bla bla bla. 3)01/12/2021 and 02/12/2021 message them seen my message but no reply, called their customer line and said that will check for me and call back. But at the end nobody call or message me. 4) 13/12/2021 I message them again n again but still they just seen my message and ignore it. On the next day 14/12/2021 only reply me said that will pickup my order another few days which is 16/12/2021. 5) I can’t wait them with their empty promise again n again so I’ve call another company to renew my fire extinguishers. This company come and pickup on the next day after I place order and done renew within 4 days. Which mean before fire fighters said that 16/12/2021 will pickup my fire extinguishers but another company already completed my order. 6) I request for refund on 20/12/2021 and they said will take 10 working days to proceed. And until today 12/01/2022 I’m still yet to get my refund and any reply from them. Conclusion: Terrible experience on this company, if Google can don’t rate ⭐️ I won’t give a single ⭐️ to them. And if your customer service can’t handle too many order please don’t provide us to use this so call WhatsApp platform to place order. Lousy and late response all the time. Proud to write No 1 fire safety company, should change to most lousy customer service ever.

Bought 2 x 1kg at rm100 from their website +rm5 for shipping. Reached safely after 2 working days. Provided instruction on a card. Certified by sirim and bomba malaysia. Hope it wont dissapointed me.
