★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They forgot to grease up the bushing inside the rear pulley of the CVT. Ended up needing to replace with new set due to wear. They also never answer phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. They will not answer phone calls. They foully serviced my 400i CVT, forgetting to put grease at the bushing of the rear pulley. End up shaving the metal into small shavings, forcing me to replace some of the parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proper services for your kymco bikes. People are also very friendly. You'll get to meet the veterans in motorsports because it's a nice place to hang. Prices for accessories are a bit on the expensive side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your motor have an accident, their process of repair will make u cry. For a front section only repair... after 5 months still not finish. Think twice if you consider to buy KYMCO... after service is just terrible. You can try call or email them. No one will ever answer or reply
