β β β β β I was looking for the best ambulance to take my husband home from the hospital....even though it was just a 5 minute ride home. Our son searched the internet and suggested First Ambulance.
The ambulance equipment was good and the 3 gentle, kind and professional staff that helped bring my husband home from university malaya hospital at 130pm on 24th December 2020 have to be commended. I would like to say that you have excellent staff in Pauzi, Naim and Atikah . They even went beyond their duty to make sure that my husband was comfortable on his medical bed at home. Sadly, my husband left us the following day. Alfatiha.

β β β β β Called in for a stroke patient, was attended by Ridzuan/Ridzwan (sorry if I got your name wrong). He kindly advised/ assisted me and managed to get an ambulance within 30 minutes I reached out to him. Really appreciate his assistance as I couldnt help but panic a little. Kudos for the excellent service of the ambulance team from Pantai Cheras as well.
