β β β β β I would like to say it is comfort to know that a neighborhood ambulance service employs such a high caliber of staffs. from your drivers,paramedic right up to the billing department have given us and our clients an excellent service. Puteri Malaysia not only provides Ambulance but a 5 star Service.

β β β β β Please do not use this service for your loved ones , it's a very very very bad ambulance service , horrible experience with this ambulance service. The driver drives very dangerously and the nurses are not trained. The handled the patient very rough and harsh. They don't even know how to put a patient on a stretcher. They handled the patient horribly and that made the patient's blood pressure went up . They dragged the patient on the floor before putting the patient on the stretcher. And the driver was super uneducated and was acting like rogue and he spoke like one too .There is no professionalism in this ambulance service at all. And it's unreasonably expensive. The service is very bad and they charge super high for it . My advice don't use this service. I only put one star because I have to or else I wouldn't even put that.

β β β β β 915 am Wed 18th Sep 2019. I was driving on Jalan 222 and gave way to speeding ambulance with siren blasting and flashing lights on busy road. I had the opportunity to follow and noticed that the ambulance stopped to drop off a uniformed nurse who joined a queue to buy nasi lemak breakfast from a road side stall on Jalan 51A/224. I confronted the nurse and asked where the emergency was and the corresponding patient if any, and she stumbled for words. I told her that the reason for sounding the siren and flashing the lights must not be abused. I took pictures but sadly the ambulance driver was missing. I believe there has been abuse of regulatory power accorded to emergency services to save lives. What advise can I give to a business who is supposed to be a responsible service provider? I would like a response please.
