★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to work for me over the last 20 years. Company moved to this building 6 months ago. It is truly a green building with self watering balcony. Only the air conditioning is a bit cranky in the afternoon making the office feels like a winter wonderland but everything else is orderly. Lift is fast, carpark is linked to KPMG building's carpark making access to the Bandar Utama MRT quicker to access then the overground walkway. Second floor links to One Utama and within minutes to Aeon and Hokkaido restaurant. Love it!

As for the parking, the rate is expensive on weekdays as compared to OU, you might want to park at OU if you have any business / agenda here.
Weekend rate parking over here is the same as OU.
Washroom is well maintained I guess, quite clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is when I had dinner at this office tower. The 1st Avenue I came here a short distance from the 1 Utama old wing is that my Dad parked here and also the top floor has the restaurants and a Karaoke club. I ate seafood dinner at the Ye Zi steamboat restaurant where there are certain seafood with a fountain outside the balcony and the kitchen that sells coconuts. The offices here are neat and convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is connected to One Utama through a walkway on level 2. Quite convenient for those working here.
An RHB Bank branch is located on ground floor and One Utama's privilege card can be used to get discounts for parking.
The office building itself is secured with entry being closely guarded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using Google Maps, i successfully navigated myself from 1Utama to First Avenue on foot for the first time... pretty cool experience. The building itself is connected to 1Utama - less than 10 mins walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to CIMA office to discuss and looking for an opportunity for the college and myself, of course! The place is beautiful especially the office. Compared to my own office, I can say 100 to none! Hahaha! Just a walking distance to One Utama. Lucky to those who work here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an office building. You have a bank here and it is actually connected to 1 Utama shopping mall on the 2nd floor. It is cheaper to park at I Utama and walk over to the office building. You can also walk to the shooping center to have your meal too.
