★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst front desk ever. Lack of training , a bunch of disrespectful, boorish and unhelpful lads. A great example to show poor top management who allows this to happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with the staff. Everyone's been helpful and friendly so far. Everything's kept clean and sanitized. Slightly difficult to book classes cos classes are now limited to a certain number of people due to the pandemic. But this is very much appreciated as this is for everyone's safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to this gym has been humiliating, people have no patience to use the equipment rush other people to finish , and saw this buff asian/korean guy take pi ture of me while i was working out and doing hip thrusts .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top floor of 1 MK mall. You'll find mixed demographic attending gym here - Japanese, whites etc, reflecting the residential community of MK. I attended body pump class, instructor was Key. You can tell from the attendees that they have intention for a good work out as the class was held at 1230pm ( busy time of the day @ lunch hour ) and that the attendees came in proper gym attire. Good workout session with professional instructor ! Having been also to Celebrity gym at other locations, I suspect that instructors allocated to the more premium Fitness First outlets make better trainers. The shower facilities is sufficient, plenty of space and shower rooms. Hair dryer not yet upgraded to Dyson. The cool drinks area, didn't have ice ( maybe it was by request ) not thyme / rosemary, like it say it would on the description .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ive been trying to call the main office, but up to no avail. No one would pick up the phone and its always busy. This is no 1 gym in the country? more like the number 1 joker. Whoever is reading this, i suggest you wake up from your sleep and start answering

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tricked me into upgrading to BSC by paying lump sum for 12+12. Membership started 1 month after I made FULL payment.
Then BSC closed down in 4 months.
Requested a refund and got rejected. And some other branched show me fabricated documents that I've never signed before from them
Manager ijam talked to me with a terrible attitude.
If you want to sign up Fitness First, think twice, if you decided to sign up, go to other branch, avoid 1MK at ALL COST

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holding international passport to do a boom session at mont kiara branch. The staff at the counter was so friendly and helpful to assist me to get a slot for boom class. The branch deserves a 5 star. Love the kickboxing facilities!
