★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for a spinning class all the way at 715 only to be told that I cannot do it as they don’t provide spinning (cycling) shoes. All the places that I go provide the shoes as it is a specialised shoes to clip on the bike. Was told that they don’t provide the shoes as it is unsanitary. Sighs…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love this gym! My favourite trainer is Gaia, being so friendly and well explained as well as looking at all students, making sure they are at the right form!
Force is the class to get stronger with weights and body weights!
Strike is a boxing class using aqua bags here.
Stride is a combination of running on the treadmill and weights or body weights workouts.
Proper bathroom and locker provided.
Ever since the pandemic, no towel was provided. Boxing gloves have to be self prepared or purchased for an in-house price.
