Me and my wife bought proform cardiohiit for over rm 6000 since we have been convinced of high quality and excellent service from US brand. However since inatallation it keep giving us a problem. Initially just a small click sound which eventually becoming louder and just stop completely after few month. And we also notice the right step was giving a sound like maybe the nut not tight or poor installation. I called futness concept. They promise to check but its taking really long time so i called again few time.Eventually they come and take it for repair. After quite some time they install it back at my house. After few month its started to have a click sound again but very faint and after you use the machine for more than 1/2 hour. So we ignore it since its already after warranty period. But condition deteriorating untill it cannot function. We called fitness concept for repair and repairment came after 1 week with a promise of whatever happen we need to pay service charge to repairment. We agreed since we dont have a choice. Two technician came and after a quick check faond a faulty part at the magnetic disc which is the same as before. After a temporary fix ( now machine can function albeit with aweird sound) he said he will give me qoatation for the part. He said it need to be replaced because it will broke again. I paid him mkre than 100 for the service and i still waiting for the quatation. It is more than a month. My question 1. Poor service. Seem to me there is no communication between alor setar mall store and repair/installation department. Everybody doing its own thing. Is it just a delaying tactic so that customer exhaust his warranty period? 2. Why i need to pay for the same faulty machine with the same problem from the beginning? Even after the repair which is inside the warranty period which suppose to fix the very exact thing. Mind you the repair take a long time and delay. 3. Why untill now i still waiting for the explanation + quotation either from the technicion or from the shop.Its already 1 month and nobody contact me.
