β β β β β It was an unplanned visit , i was walking infront of the shop when one of the staff , Mr Saufi invited me for body weight check where i can see my body composition . Amaze by level of knowledge that he has , because i myself is bachelor of degree in sport science couldn"t answer some of the question i thre to him but he able to explain to me all the information in detail and correct . If you guys planning to got Fitness Concept Gurney Plaza , can look for Mr Saufi . The only malay guy there i think . TQ

β β β β β Having purchased a treadmill from this shop 6 years ago, I asked if they could send technicians to fix a couple of problems. The appointment was made within a week and I was informed that the charge would be RM132. I was also informed that buyers nowadays are informed that the units should have maintenance every 2 years, but also told that the sales staff were not told to inform buyers of that at the time I purchased the unit.
The technicians were punctual and fixed the belt tracking problem very quickly. The second problem was that the running belt would stop moving after a period of time when being used, but ran normally when no one on the machine. The technicians then said that I would need a new motor and control unit. I received a quote from the shop for those two components of in excess of RM3600. As I expected the diagnosis as being incorrect, I did a bit of research on the internet and very quickly ascertained that the problem had nothing to do with the motor and only a 5% chance of it being the control unit. The research showed that in nearly 90% of cases the problem is caused by the motor belt. I ordered a new new belt from another company, fitted it myself and the problem was solved, saving me over RM3400. I would also like to add that the technicians did not do any other maintenance on the machine. Basically I paid RM132 for a man to turn a hexagonal bolt 90 degrees and to give me false information. I do not recommend using this shop to arrange maintenance or repairs. There are other firms available for that.

β β β β β Bought a Sole treadmill from FC Gurney Plaza 2 days ago and was delivered yesterday but the bluetooth cannot connect to the Sole App. I was very impressed by the service provided by Sales personnel, Eileen Tye and Henry Goh, who immediately make a house call to resolve the problem and took the time to entertain all the questions and go thru all the functions and programme of the treadmill. The call of service by their Gurney team is truly exceptionally and praise worthy. Keep up the good work ...
