★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst manager I have seen in this store who don't know how to deal with the customer. The management of this store need to look into the behaviour of their staff. Your products aren't that good enough plus costly and the few customers who are coming at your store you have to be respectful with them. Really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. From day 1 (1 Nov) the tread mill arrived to my home, few hours after that is not functioning. They should know the Error reported indicated which part require to replace but the technician informed it is the company policy to send them to check first. Well, the machine down time could have reduce if the policy is reviewed. Since last Tuesday (5 Nov) the technician came, nobody has contact me for the replacement of the part. Tried to contact the customer services but no one is picking up the call.
Disappointing and will not recommend to purchase from this shop, unless for small items
