★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i can i would even give a star, brought for 4 months, come to my house fixed for 4 times but problen is still there it is still noisy. Called the service number never pick up, called the hq number never pick up. The sale man is really polite, but he will just say we are only in charge of selling, u call the customer service or hq for help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saying Fitness Concept sells Good products is itself a understatement, with equipments that are built to last and their worry free warranty periods that they offer are just a abundance of joy. You need not to worry about your products breaking, because if it does. Let me tell you this, you buy their products only one phrase is for you "the Salesman will treat you like King" or "VIP". Especially this Fitness Concept PAVILLION outlet. Super impress by the Public Relation skills that even the sales staff has. How many other fitness equipment retailers have this kind of quality staff? My advice, Fitness Concept is never wrong, what a market leader in this kind of industry. Thumbs up ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to visit if you're a fitness person. And also the male staff named Naem at Fitness Concept Pavilion that serve me were very good, polite and looks very clean also. He also helped me with the machine even after months I bought the treadmill. I really recommended him if any of you guys interested at fitness products ?

Staff is far from friendly, the same staff this one big guy, the 1st visit he didn’t even welcome us but told us we are closing, what the heck, you still got time to at least ask us “how can we help u”. And tonight, we came again, but he was so busy lifting weight and was not so eager to entertain us, worst customer service!
