β β β β β Great selection of herbs and teas but poor customer service. Maybe they don't like their job or just tired standing all day but they were not bothered when I walked in but one of the staff kept on following me around to peek at what I was doing, like when I picked up the teas to read the ingredients but she didn't bother to offer any assistance. She just followed me around to check if I was going to steal something. This is pretty standard in Malaysian customer service and they get super 'paranoid' if its an Indian man or anyone foreign who doesn't look like a Chinese or Malay. Anyone darker than them. And this is what I felt here. And when I went to pay, they refused to take my bank card for a RM42 payment because it's less than RM50 but I'm pretty sure this is wrong because it's been announced card payments in Malaysia no longer has a minimum limit. Just look at their faces, they are not bothered at all. I'm not angry but just very upset this still happens in 2020 in Malaysia, especially in KL, in Pavilion. I hope no one else will experience this. Thank you.
