★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was standing in front of the studio for fifteen minutes trying to call the number stated on the board. No answer and when it was finally connected, a sorry is all I got. This was the second time class was cancelled (I booked online as instructed) and yet I Was informed last minute that it is cancelled. (first time: less than twenty min before the class; second time: at 10am). I was very disappointed and angry for time wasted. Please improve your customer service as this is really very disrespectful to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 star not even 1 star. The instructor not professional at all. Shout at the student,said the student never follow her instruction. You think you are professional, demo the step so fast. Student cannot even follow the step at all. If the student are professional. She is the one who become instructor, no need you to teach anymore. We pay money for exercise and enjoy the class.but there totally not enjoy at all. The worst yoga center i had ever been.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Class was good! They have different teachers as well which is great as all have their own style of teaching. The teacher are serious when it comes to our safety as we are off the ground. ?
The admin was really nice and helpful too!
I understand they have a no joining class if late 15 mins as we have missed the warm up and it is easier to get injuries.
The class was great. ?

- class cancellation not informed until asked or only informed half a day before. Many if time, reason given was instructor on leave.
- WhatsApp / messages not answered
- Scheduled shared but Fitsy never follow as planned
- Fully paid but not flexible in managing the situation based on last min class cancellation
- not enough instructor.
Think twice before you join. Thx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price for the aerial fitness. Nice instructors and giving clear instruction during the class. Able to learn different skill and technique from different instructor.
Admin was really nice and helpful too!
Overall the class meet my expectation with reasonable price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up since first MCO lifted. I started with a trial package. Then I continue with longer term package. The fees are reasonable compare to others. The membership package is also very flexible and most important is reasonable price. Member can choose the slot , classes and location to attend the class. Now I have clocked 130 hours attendance in the studio and more to come... I like the member portal too, I can easily access my attendance and photos since day 1. I can see how I progress since day 1.
