★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience: came here for the third time and improvement in the crowdedness. But do prepare to wait in line during peak hours
Service: attentive
Food: reasonably priced and rather high quality of food. One suggestion: please do not label your food as Mala ( spicy and numbing) when it is only chili oil and not authentic Mala. I grew up having Mala and I felt very cheated but their advertisement and naming of the dish. It should only be called as chili noodle not mala. Nevertheless, I still love how they can refill noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Noodles Signature Braised Pork & Taiwan Chicken Chop noodles.
Both are delicious. I like the signature braised pork noodle. the noodles portion is enough for 1 pax(man) without add-on.
Chicken Chop size is big too. Come early before lunch time to avoid long queue. they have plenty of dine in tables, and they serve your food quite fast after ordered. Less than 5 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food: the noodles are pretty good, while the rice dishes are average. Customers are allowed to add one bowl or noodles for free. However, even with the additional bowl, the total serving size for its price is just average for male adult of 20-40 y/o.
Drinks: no coffee - only tea (hot and cold brew). Felt healthy, but nothing spectacular.
Atmosphere: quite peaceful when there’s not too much crowd. The restaurant is smaller than expected and could accommodate maybe 40 customers. Please come before 12pm if you wouldn’t wanna spend too much time in the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an okay meal. But everything is too sweet. I was super surprised at the sweetness level of the soup. Too much sugar/MSG going on.
This sweetness trails on into the noodles but with more subtlety. However towards the end of the meal, the sweetness gets pretty sickening.
Noodle wise, it's cooked just right so it has a bit of chewiness to it. The breaded pork cutlet was rather dry.
Overall the environment was comfortable, place felt clean and the bottled teas are quite pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must try restaurant with yummy food. Is a Taiwan & Japanese fusion place. No wonder is packed most of the time. Price is fair and the portion is generous. We had Japanese Pork Cutlet and Fried Chicken Chop noodles set. Both meat are so crispy & crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The noodles are handmade and has a very springy texture. The chilli paste goes so well with the noodles. The noodles are drizzled with the "lo rou" sauce and a few pieces of the stewed fatty pork. Will return to try many other yummy dish!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I ordered:
- The pork minced meat noodles taste good.
- The Taiwanese sausage taste is good.
- Hot Tea (oolong) is nice + the shop ambience, its quite enjoyable.
Refill:
They allow 1-time noodle refill (note: only noodle and don't expect refill to be the same portion as your initial order).
Curious:
The soup was alright, just wondering which ingredients gave the sweetness taste. Perhaps the shop owner should describe the soup a little bit more.
The overall shop design:
I love how Taiwanese package their restaurant and everything. It's very nice and comfortable.
Recommended improvements:
1. Increase refill portion.
2. Consider soup based noodle option if possible.
3. Your service is considered good, perhaps can remind your staff to observe the tables around and see if anybody wants to refill tea (or offer this service voluntarily) and check with customers if they're happy with the food. I'm sure this will give a lasting impression of good service. It shows the restaurant cares for the customers experience.
Will I visit again?
Definitely.
Do I recommend to others?
Yes, do try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recommended this place, and not disappointed. The noodles have a nice springy chewy texture, combined with the mince pork which I ordered, make a delicious lunch. They also have complementary 1 portion noodles if the original bowl was not sufficient. Also had a bowl of pork ball soup which goes well with the noodles. Also impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, the noodles here are QQ and superb. The vegetarian set is really awesome. The soup is full of the sweetness of its vegetables and those fresh mushrooms. And their pickled cucumbers are awesome! For meat eaters, there are many other choices from braised pork to roasted pork and Taiwanese sausage and others. The chilli is also nice. Mix it with the noodles and it's the perfect combination. Their drinks are also good. And for every set of noodles, one can gets to top up a small bowl of noodles for free. For big eaters like me, this is a nice surprise?.
Not just that, very nice ambience, good service and even the serviette is so beautiful. Just stepping in makes one's mood good for the whole day. Highly recommended to-go noodles shop.
