Very professional analysis and repair work was done within 2 days. He took the effort to deliver my MacBook to my doorstep on Tuesday night. Very impressed with the service provided. Highly recommended.

Richmond was even kind enough to send it directly to me after it was fixed. Highly professional and would definitely return if I have any issues with my Apple products!

Very prompt replies, clear communication, professional service and super fast in rectifying the issue and getting it all resolved (just within the same day). They even picked up and drop off my mac to me without any hassle as I had a really busy schedule. Loved the service, highly recommend them!

They manage to save my mac with time frame given 3 -5 days but 3rd day morning already call me to come to their office for testing. Its amazing, and so far tested all right and working smoothly. Charges are reasonable and speed is amazing. If you have a problem on your Mac, look for CK & Richmond. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos to Fix My Mac team, keep up the good work.
