โ โ โ โ โ Extremely unprofessional agents. Richard Woon REN 11960 has been harassing me multiple times over of the past few years about my property that I have never advertised publicly. The only way they could have obtained my information was by purchasing my personal info from illegal agent lists which were compiled from data leaks. Each time I ask to stop receiving calls from him and his poorly trained agents (I'm talking about you, Bonnie Poo REN 18552) , this joker pretends to apologize, promises I will not receive any more spam or calls and then proceeds to call me again a couple months later and acts like he's never interacted with me before.
I do not recommend coming within range of this business with a 100 meter long pole. Or trusting them to handle your property. Find a proper real estate agency, WITH ETHICS, that doesn't rely on illegally buying personal information and violating the PDPA to find leads. If you cannot even trust them to keep to their word about your priavcy, you can't trust them with property worth hundreds of thousands of ringgit for sure.
