★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When there were overloaded or a lot of cats there,they cannot handle.Sure there are few cats will get sick including my cat.They maybe only concern about money or businesses that customer pay thereafter didn't know what's happening behind the scene.Really not recommended.Boycott this place long ago.Now I have a better place for my cat where I frequently sent and my cat happy n healthy too.Guys watch out the owner will never accept on what customers feedback.Owner will show the anger and customer will get accused for nothing of trying to bring down the business.Owner have arrogant and bad attitude.To avoid quarrel dont talk cause it no point.Just dont come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take care of the cats very well. My cat came out as healthy as she came in. There's also playtime for the cats so u know they won't get depressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive and my cat become thin after 5day boarding.The owner is too fussy and never answer phone call. Needs to pay extra 1day charger the day u take back ur cat. The shop opens 10.30am and i take back my cat around 10.40am and needs to pay i day full charges. They also change my cat food and my cat become sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the first time for us to leave our fur babies and was super anxious abt everything. Currently my babies are still at the boarding hotel since lockdown on 18th March. The owner & the team updated us abt my babies on how they are doing, whether they are eating well, adjusting in and etc. It may not be daily as we do understand that they are busy taking care of our babies & others too. We truly appreciate their sincere care for our babies and knowledgeable for recommending foods, supplements & grooming too. They even get their playtime too. The owner go beyond my expectations when they videocall me when i did inform her abt much i missed my babies. Thank you for your great service. It means a lot to my family.???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are alcharge per day not per night. So if u send you cat noon,it will consider one day. You will not allow to see their boarding place. For who treat their cat like a kids, not advise to put here. Bad service. Let customer wait about 15 mins pm.
