β β β β β When I arrived the shop at 9.40pm, they saw me walk in to the shop, but they insist they already closed and doesn't allow me to purchase anything from the shop. Poor services ever in my life.

its difficult to find the shop if you are not familiar with the building. Go down the escalator near the level 1 supermarket.
spending RM80 gives you free membership that you can get further discount

β β β β β Best experience ever. Once ask help from the blue uniform staff to assist for my cat's food with good quality and did good job. Staffs (blue and red uniform) all good and very friendly. Assist very well. Come here to grab things for my cats and guinea pigs. Good quality product.

β β β β β Cost pet shop in the basement of Pardium mall .it has a lot of things for your pets .I found plenty for my cats .their prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly

β β β β β Pet Lovers Centre, Paradigm Mall, Johor Bahru is situated on the Lower Ground of the mall where it is very near to the parking area.

My visit there is to look for some items needed for a comfortable living for my two cats, Bella (lady) and Noah (gentleman).

First impression when stepped into this outlet is amazingly wonderful . I notice there are lots of items available for your pets. From food to the smallest items for pets are sold there.

My natural way to get what I need from any shop is not to browse around the shop first, but my tactic is to ask the shop assistance. This would determine and have my assurance that the shop assistance does knows thoroughly about what they sold or not.

It is not a disappointing situation where the shop keeper does assists me to what my needs are. Bringing me to the tight area where the things are displayed. The shop keeper will explain in detail how to use, what are advantages and explain about the cleaning process too. All minor details will be told to customers at that moment. Not only that, the shop keeper does recommend some other products which will be to the advantage to your pet.

I bought a few things there. The Poo Station, The Play Station, Water Fountain Drinking Item and two Back-packings for easy travelling. Prices of goods are reasonably affordable and quality are guaranteed to its best.

I like the Back-packers where you can carry it on your shoulders. SindeI bought two, one should be in front and the other is at my back. Large rooms with holes for air and zipped on top.

Once your shopping is done, the shop keeper does assists shoppers to carry and placed the bought items into your car. Extra service that need no payment. Excellent.

Naturally, during this , shoppers are requested to scan their body temperature and registration through MySejahtera only is a must before allowed into the outlet and the shop keeper will check your MySejahtera

I do recommend to all pet lovers to shop here for the need of your beloved pets to live comfortably.

I also notice that not only items for cats are available, it too caters for dogs.
