โ โ โ โ โ Poor Management all facilities including gym and swimming pool are still closed even though it is now allowed to operate them. also, condominium maintenance is really low. overall, not recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Good buildings clean they are very good to live with you if I come back I will be back to this building one suite is the best place to live better than a hotel in is so much cheaper they have everything you need downstairs in the mall

Thisโs high floor 21 floor and thereโs a swimming pool with amazing view on the rooftop
Thereโs a lot of market and restaurants down stairs so you donโt have to use taxi or train to reach those things
And itโs close to mines shopping mall and south city plaza mall

โ โ โ โ โ I drew a lot of card problems here, and the administration neglects it. It does not give you a card until after a week or more. The administration does not care about all customer services. I regret that I lived here.
I do not advise anyone to live here, there is no place to park the car, the nearest place is 500 meters away, all the parking next to the building is closed by the administration

โ โ โ โ โ Pros:
1. swimming pool and gym facilities are good and with a beautiful view.
2. Convenient groceries, banks, petrol stations, mrt station, restaurants and fast food restaurants nearby walking distance or less than 5 minutes drive, and access to KL-Seremban highway easily.
Cons:
1. Jammed up area.
2. Noise from highway quite disruptive, especially weekends where the mat rempits are racing on the highway.
3. Building management very poor people skills and slow in managing issues like access cards issues.
4. Security guards harassment. The worst and rudest security guards I have seen anywhere. Guards can even knock on house doors at 11pm to threaten RM200 fine on using another person's access card (my wife used my card with my picture on card to park her car at the basement parking).
5. Once lift access card reader did not function, therefore had to wait almost an hour for lift access reader to be repaired to go up to our house.
6. Parking issue. 1 parking per house and no other parking could be rented out. Nearest parking is mall parking with touch and go payment on hourly basis. Free parking would required to be parked far and walk to building. Hassle on hot and rainy days.
Conclusion : if you're looking for house that is affordable and strategic location and can close one eye on management and security guear atrocities then no problem to stay here.
