★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With 99 speed mart and burger king outside, inside was vacant shop. Previously with MPSJ library, the flow was better. Now quiet. Outside with food stalls, not easy to find parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is in Seri Kembangan. This plaza is surrounded by three rows of shops. Mostly 3 stories. This plaza has some shops downstairs. Above these shops are apartments and condominiums. The car park is above ground and can house a few hundred cars.
This plaza is newer than the surrounding shops and better maintained. Most of these apartments are owner occupied but a high percentage of these apartments are rented out. The tenants are factories nearby and these apartments are occupied by their workers.
Mostly foreigners and as observed well mannered and behaved.

This plaza is very Clean and Tidy, Interior Condition is Extremely good. management done a good job for the RESIDENTS. TOILET AND Carpark is Good manage, Especially the main toilet totally 100% perfect Clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the (morning shift) Security Guard who always sit in front of office, his action very rude and irresponsible n not the first time!!
Scold owner say bad word, when the car parking card has problem cannot scan in n out. management please take notes kindly update ur system, system issue not owner or tenant problem!! And please take action to this rude security guard (he is leader n thin one)
