★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time come here today. In terms of equipment okay lah, you have standard cardio like treadmill. For strength training, you can see two squats rack and some smith machine. Complete? Yes. Plus, got toilets and changing room.
But I dislike so much, because the price is very sh*ty! RM6.00 for strength, RM8.00 for strength + cardio access. Price is unacceptable since the equipment is very limited (= more waiting time) and equipment is very old.
Roughly few Kilometers from this gym, there's another gym that charge RM5.00, all access, TWO FLOOR GYM!
How come Flex n Fit charged RM8.00 for strength + cardio? Feels like I'm cheated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great day passes for just RM6! And very convenient and free parking facilities. A very raw gym with a focus on heavy weights, compound lifts and loud music. Great range of dumbbell weights, squat racks and bench. They also offer personal training services and protein refreshments are available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty simple and straight forward gym. Not that many people nowadays and this might be due to the current situation with the pandemic. So you can easily get to use the equipments. Might be overcrowded if it was filled with members which is why the rating 4/5. Parking is not an issue either and there is a 99speedmart right downstairs to pick up some energy drinks if you wish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a hot and sunny afternoon at 4pm with a few customers working out, fans are not turned on to provide a comfortable workout place. Next to the fan switches, a note says "not to touch the switches, get the assistance of the gym care taker" , where he was vaping behind the counter .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean, the equipments are all in good condition and fully functional. The environment is well kept and overall, my experience here has been good! It's highly recommended if you wanna find a gym to stick to your routine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 level gym with a lot of machines..cheap entrance rm8 for walk in..they also have membership to join...things a bit dated but enough for u to use n workout..toilet is clean but small..the gym also sell water n 100plus n some protein shake...parking is plenty if u come at 9am n 8pm.lunchtime is difficult..there is a few mamak around the place ...great place..in Kota Damansara???now..they also have social distancing n limit the non member only can workout 1hr only....very good SOP????now per entry for non members is rm10 n everyone need to call to book the slot ...10 pax per hour....very good ..follow SOP ..love it❤❤❤now open from 8am to 11pm
