★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine that. I made an order at abt 8pm today. Cashier told me cannot accept order as they have too many orders to handle and cannot cope. The outlet was only 3/4 full. Terrible. The management shd look into this type of complacent service. Either employ more staff inside the kitchen or just cut down on the number of tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their burgers are delicious, juicy and filling but I'd like to apologise to the cashier.
On two occasions, I met this same cashier manning the counter. She takes orders in a "please hurry up" manner.
Was probably bad timing on my part as she was very engaged in a conversation with her colleague and I had interrupted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This would probably sound weird but this is one of the best food I had in my recent trip to Penang! Their tender and juicy pork patties, variety of sauces, and free flow drinks makes it one of my favorite stops to visit when I look for food here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic cheese burger with juicy patty. Pork patty cooked perfectly, fat & lean meat ratio are balanced. Fries are cripsy too, best dip with their spicy sauce or honey mustard. They have promo on Tuesday which buy a set and free 1 burger. Super worthy. Service a lil slow, maybe because their burger are freshly cook, but definitely worth the wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for my take away order for more than 30mins, whereby there are barely any customers in the shop. It is not even peak hours. I ordered only 2 burger (kuehlan and Tua tulan) and some fries. I waited until I feel TULAN! further more the staff was minding their own business and did not bother to check if the order is done. the package was left outside their kitchen and did not ask why the customer is still waiting. AND the worst part is, my order is missing few items. really disappointed.

They are many unique flavours that i would definitely try them on my next visit.
Price is consider quite reasonable
If you order set, the drinks are refillable
And there are many choices of drinks.
If you don't like soft drinks, there is tea as well such as green tea and peach tea. Nice
Restaurant is clean and spacious
Staffs are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A non-halal fast food restaurant located at LG floor, directly below the entrance, right in front of the escalator.
Price is as expected from a fast food place. It is spacious & clean. They have quite unique choices of burgers and it comes with a variety of side dishes.
The burgers I had were okay, the best way I can describe it.. very porky. They only had 2 staffs working when I was there. Overall, worth a try.
