โ โ โ โ โ very poor service, ordered different things, get different things. Waited almost 45 mins just for 9 pcs of nugget, whereas there's no customer at all. Kfc please take action on this outlet, as per many people have already complained about their staff and service

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service. The staffs never fulfill the orders properly. Ordered twice via foodpanda, and they managed to mess up both times. Tried ordering for self collection today, once again they "excelled" in their service. They missed a few things from the order. I had to triple check the order to make sure everything was there. Would not recommend this branch for online orders.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered online 3 times for delivery and never received and placed on hold 30 minutes when called and still didn't get my order and my money was already taken during checkout.
Had to drive all the way to the store and no apology they just made the food and threw at me

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered a wow bucket at 7.06pm. Staff told me it'll take half an hour. I said ok and gave specification as to what I wanted. She said no promises. Waited and waited. Those who came after me got their orders. Later was told they forgot about my order and now frying some more chicken. I said since they are doing it for me only please fulfill my request. Still same answer, no promises. Left after an hour with chicken not as I requested. Incompetent staff should not lead, spoilt my appetite and wont be eating KFC for a long long time as it was done in a hurry. Bad experience

โ โ โ โ โ Hi all customers to KFC Lotus Tanjung Pinang, be alert and ones you buy KFC take away. Always I faced this issue as they recycled
chicken drumsticks fried back and will add in to your take away box. You will not know, once you back home and open will shock. So please check and before you leave the counter. Here can show the proof pictures, but don't have pictures columns to post it. Be Alert โ ๏ธ!!!
