★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing!! Installer's work was shoddy and Floor Depot refused to rectify immediately. The skirting bulged within an hour after their installer left and we informed Floor Depot immediately. Staff put the job as repair work on queue and told us we need to wait for more than a week. This is clearly not repair and maintenance but a botched installation job. After much explanation and persuasion, they still didn't want to get their installer to immediately fix the problem. Payment was already made in full before they'd even started the job. So I guess we are no longer important and can't expect much now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to look for floor vinyl and such as it's well known and popular flooring shop but unfortunately a lot of the floor vinyl that we wanted either it is out of stock or has stopped production....and it's expensive.
