โ โ โ โ โ What happened to this shop? Last time when I moved into my new home I bought almost all lighting from them and I was satisfied.
Today I walked in to find a replacement bulb (osram circular bulb). At first the lady at the counter gave me the wrong bigger bulb (non osram) rm15, then I noticed it was too big and asked for a smaller size. Then came a smaller size osram bulb rm18, I saw her climb the ladder at the back to get the stock so I just ignored about the sudden price increased for a smaller wattage and smaller bulb size. But the wattage was not correct so I requested to change it again. Why she didn't bother checking the photo of the bulb I showed her earlier I didn't know - probably my fault for not insisting she studied the photo carefully.
So she went back to get the correct bulb finally (smaller wattage and even smaller size), a China brand, with both bulb and box dusty - now how come the bulb was dusty if it was inside the box for the whole time. Same thing I just ignored the price (should be way much cheaper), I just requested for a new bulb and so she went back and just cleaned the bulb and box and handed me the same bulb - come on you didn't do a good job cleaning the bulb anyway and customer could see you go up the ladder to get a new bulb from the counter if you did it.
Seriously? You want to gain just a few ringgit and risked to lose a customer? And a bad review that sticks for years? Be sincere to your customer please, nothing wrong with doing a good business. Tricking customer is a bad habit from the old days when we could not give review online.
