★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large variety of plants to buy. Reasonably large nursery. Herbs plants sold at a reasonable price. Not all plants are cheap though, so shop around abit and compare prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unfriendly place and expensive too. First nursery that I went to where no one is willing to help. The Nepali guy working there is extremely rude when you talk to him asking for his help and suggestion on the plants. I was shocked for a moment because never had any nursery worker who acted so bossy and rude before. I wonder if the Boss actually reads the comment. I noticed there were few other people commenting on how unfriendly this place is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read the negative reviews and thought I would just give them the benefit of the doubt. So I dropped in. Oh my goodness - what a waste of my time! This place is awfully expensive, the plants are in a poor condition (with many of them dying), and the customer service is non-existent. You are better off visiting other nurseries in Klang such as Summerville or Poh Soon. Don't waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience of my day & real waste of time even going into their nursery. No one is there to assist you in anyway, forget the welcome greeting and that is still fine as we can still make our path in and search the for items all by ourselves. When it comes to payment counter, one has to wait and then shout for attention & there come a woman with a sulking face to hike up all prices on her calculator with strictly no less whatsoever basis. Best part is, even a plant that has been price tag at RM 18 is now RM 20 on her calculator and when asked why is it so, she got her own smart reason to give. KINDLY AVOID THIS FLORALE NURSERY coz they are after your wallet actually!

LK metal flower stands retail at RM85 (taller one) and RM75 (shorter one) here, but the exact same things are sold at RM63 and RM42 respectively at Home Retreat Nursery at OUG. RM 22 and RM33 difference! If this is not profiteering, I don't know what is. I had bought 2 of the taller ones from them, and I was utterly shocked when I found out about the huge price disparity. When I pointed this out to the owner, she was belligerent and unapologetic. She even scolded me, the customer. She was downright obnoxious. This is an unethical business. out to squeeze the customer dry. Buy at your own risk!
