They sent pictures and confirmed with me before making the delivery and made the delivery on time. My friend loved the bouquet. Great service overall! Would definitely purchase from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service provided by this florist. I never went to this shop as I am from PJ and I was referred to this shop by a friend. I was arranging a surprise bouquet for my friend's birthday all by WhatsApp communication which I really need to compliment that their service is very well done and friendly.
Previously the flower that I would like to order was out of stock, so I settle it with other type of flower instead. However, one day before delivery, they are very responsible to call and update me the flower was in stock again and that will be great surprise as the receipient will be happy to receive the flower she love.
Besides, they are very nice to communicate with me the type of packaging and the outcome was amazing! They were also very responsible to update me when the flower is about to deliver and delivered. Receipient was very happy with the bouquet and I will definitely refer more friends and come back to for another time. ?
