★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we love pappa rich variety food but thie coffee shop have limited outlet...my youngers prince like the cofee shop n we just move from Ampang KL to Nilai N9 but its hard to find this shop...we hv to travel 20 km foe this cofee shop..anyway..we love the food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to several Papparich outlet before pandemic and there is no problem, but this outlet i think the food quality is quite bad to be honest but i still can give 3star just because their service quality still ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered nasi goreng no chilli/spicy, they still put chilli. Ordered nasi lemak ayam goreng they give ayam redang. How come cannot follow customer request? Second time putting chilli when told not to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Squid not fresh, I thinks buy from a frozen pack squid ring from frozen shop. the whole meal are cool. Plate damage still process to serve your customer. U better come to try your food without acknowledge your staff and you will find out the actual issue. All food quanlity all gone after MCO period.
