โ โ โ โ โ Haven't been working out since MCO and never tried any martial art before ever. One of my friend been training at Flow and wanted me to give it a try. the whole academy environment are just so happening, positive and everyone are just so friendly to each other. The head coach are so brilliant and the staff are very helpful.

โ โ โ โ โ I came here whilst visiting Penang on vacation. Everyone at the gym was really welcoming & friendly. The technique that was taught was well detailed and explained. The rolls that followed were also challenging. I would definitely recommend and return the next time Iโm in Penang!

โ โ โ โ โ I trained here for two weeks while visiting Penang and had a wonderful time here! Fun, easygoing and welcoming atmosphere. Classes include a good balance of technique, drills and rolling. Very approachable instructors passionate about the sport and always willing to help answer questions. Thanks Flow BJJ Team!

โ โ โ โ โ Beautifully designed and well-set up facility. Excellent standard of teaching plus welcoming, friendly people and coaches. We dropped in when visiting Penang and liked it so much we went two more times during our short stay in the city. We really appreciated the gi hire included in the drop-in rate, as well as the fresh towels to use for a much-needed shower after class. They have ice cold drinking water all the time and free coffee after morning class! We had a fun time sparring and picked up some awesome new technique. Added bonus was getting local tips on the best food spots in Penang. Honestly, we loved training here.

โ โ โ โ โ Decided to pop in for a trial during my holiday in Penang. This place is such a vibe and different from what I imagine a 'martial art center' would look like. The people (instructor and other students) are warm and friendly. I went for an all level class and they really meant all level. Instructions was clear and they took good care of me and another lady (1st timer too) really well.
Would totally recommend flow bjj if you were thinking to try your hands on something new.
