โ โ โ โ โ I am a 50-year-old female, I had lower back pain after lifting up an old TV set during a spring cleaning session during the recent Raya holidays.
The pain was quite severe and it disrupted my daily movements, especially when I need to get up from the bed. The pain just annoyed me, to be honest.
This was not new to me though, as it happened one year ago, also during Raya break, when I lifted up a grocery basket home.
Previously, I tried acupuncture to relieve pain, this time as well. Unfortunately, it didn't help. I decided to seek help from a professional Chiropractor.
Hence, I came to Mr Jayden Chien, a skillful and well trained Chiropractor.
He explained my condition very precisely based on a X ray taken right before I visited him.
My spine was not in a perfect condition, looking at the X ray. But it was not too bad. With Chiropractic adjustments, it will improve from the root cause, according to Jayden.
I purchased a 6 treatment package in a reasonable price. The first treatment was good and results yields after 3 days, the pain just subsided and I could resume my daily movements smoothly. Most importantly, I can get up from the bed in the morning without any pain.
While waiting for my 2nd treatment, I followed what Jayden had told me, to walk more, avoiding some movements like carrying heavy stuff with the wrong postures, putting ice pack 3 times a day etc.
During the 2nd treatment, though my lower back had 99% recovered, but Jayden continued with the adjustments. It had revitalised even more. I had no trouble at all eventhough I need to attend to a duty which need long standing and walking on the next day.
Today is my 3rd treatment, I have no more lower back pain, and Mr Jayden started to treat my stiff shoulders.
I think Chiropractic is a very much scientific and reliable professional treatment that helps patients get well from the root causes, but not just from surface.
For anyone who has back pain or spine problems, do get professional and scientific helps. It will help you from the fundamental, heal from the root cause.

โ โ โ โ โ Rest assured that Flow Chiropractic offers excellent service from the start till the end. Dr. Ava is really skillful, understanding, pays attention to details and carefully explains the procedures to you. I have mild scoliosis and came in with all sorts of pain from head to toe but Dr. Ava managed to find the root causes which helped to relieve my pain and improve my quality of life. Overall my condition is improving and I really appreciate they great work they do!

โ โ โ โ โ Best chiropractor ever. The place is clean, cozy and comfy. The chiropractors and receptionist are so kind, helpful and friendly. Dr. Jayden was very professional and knowledgeable as he provided thorough explanations to make sure you understand the root caused of your ache. Thankfully my back and neck aches are no longer there in just 4 visits. Besides that, they are also kind enough to send you a reminder one day before your appointment. No regrets of coming all the way from Damansara for the appointments ?

She targets minimal areas to bring out maximum impact, and always did a thorough assessment before every session. The clinic's environment is pleasant, comfortable, and well-designed. They also offer payment packages if you are coming in for multiple sessions. Would highly recommend coming here for chiropractic care.
