★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst parking management in my life.. autopay machine always under maintenance.. thru out of RM1 per hours you only give one autopay machine in the basement?? for 2+ years I have working in my office here often commuting with bike. I never paid for once except when I drove my car. it's not that I don't want to pay but you have no running functioning barrier for motorcycle even you have one.. if I use the car entrance I have to pay according to car price which is rm1 per hour.. crazy! with 4 times smaller space taken from a car. Now in 2017 you change all the barrier with the new machine including motorcycle entrance and block all the mouse hole for the motorcycle to park in the basement and want us to pay. I'm fine with it but why in the hell you limit it for the only tenant with a season card can get thru the motorcycle barrier?? whats the point you change it with the new machine?? even tenant with a card riding motorcycle can just use the car entrance to get in.. so what the points changing a new barrier for motorcycle with capability to produce a parking card only to use tenant season card wave system.. even my boss who have 2 office in IOI Boulevard since 2014 get rejected for new application tenant season parking card because its already full house (same with me) and ask him to find another parking place outside of IOI Boulevard for his 300k car.. Now I have my 40k bike parking outside in open space and with no any sort of security. good job ioi boulevard #applause #5starparkingmanagement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking is really an issue here. the Autopay is always broken so you have to park your car again an walk very far to pay, and if everything is broken, (means Autopay, parking barrier, security) they collect money in person on entrance, as much as they want. I don't know why even need to pay for this broken parking. Its not even safe. Don't believe in the parking fee you see on Autopay.
