★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The laundromat has two rates; higher on the weekends (starting from Friday night) and lower on normal days, I guess to encourage people to launder throughout the week. It uses a token system which may reject some of your creased notes.
Although it only has two 13kg washing machine (29 mins per wash), people tend to come for the dryers during wet weather. They have 4 dryers in total, and I usually use the larger ones for 30 minutes (minimum time is 25 mins) and most items will be completely dried. You may need to queue during peak usage hours in the weekends, and this will add to your waiting time.
They have a responsive customer service via a dedicated WhatsApp number, I have called them when machines did not start, or if tokens did not come out. Pretty good experience so far!
