★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Dr is very nice,very helpful but the staff very rude, especially the one with purple shirt on today. Until I get home,I’m still thinking and just can’t get why would the front desk being so rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do something about your rude receptionists! I was in unbearable pain and all they did is nothing but increased my BP. The another worst part was doctor writes a prescription and the medicine was out of stock and asked us to collect when they give us a call which I’m still waiting. All I get was just a painkiller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please if you have any sense DO NOT GO TO THIS KLINIK. The doctor does not know what he is doing at all and is just in it for the money! He prescribed me antibiotics for my VIRAL FLU infection. Scamming people who do not know better. Antibiotics do not help viral infections and many irresponsible GPs just prescribe patients antibiotics if they are lazy. Beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might want to change the clinic operational hours to 1pm. We are 4 patients waiting since 10am. The doctor is still not in until now, time check is 11:20am. Too long waiting time!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst clinic ever. The clinic opens up early at 9am but guess what? If you registered at 9 you will only be seeing the doctor around 11-12pm because then only the doctor will come. But at least he is nice and okay, not to mention the receptionist, i dont know why even if she is tired, it is early in the morning, please just smile and greet your patient, everyone comes clinic because they fee sick and when we look into your face become more sick lah! Not even a smile, your way of speaking and asking is rude. Please just train your receptionist to be a receptionist not a bouncer.
