★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got new solid contact lenses here after loosing one on Penang Hill. This is the only optician that sells solid contact lenses out of the three opticians I found in Pranging Mall. They are really professional and did a thorough job at taking the proper measurements. Because it takes two weeks for solid contact lenses to be ready and I was backpacking, we agreed they would send them by mail to wherever I would be at that moment. That would turn out to be Bangkok and they sent them to me by fast mail service (Pos Laju). I just received them at my hostel. Now that is good customer service.

Visiting my grandmother in Penang and happen to sit on a pair of brass frames accidentally. The hole in the arm where the screw lies was stretched out and could not be mended. This left my arm very out of place.
Kevin was honest with me about this but then had the brilliant idea to bend the front of the frame slightly to accommodate for the inability to make up for the skewed angle regularly without soldering.
He also helped me correct a pair of acetate frames. All of this for no cost despite me offering.
