★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered on Foodpanda (Nasi Goreng Garage). Order took longer than expected 30mins+ (preparing). I have no problem with that, expecting the food to be good. But then the meal, which supposed to come with 2 satays, they substitute it with 2 chicken nuggets. And there's hair in the fried rice. Total disappointment. Lunch ruined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time was really long. I ordered a Nasi Goreng Biasa to go on a Tuesday night and waited at least 30 minutes for it. Noticed another lady who was there earlier than me actually got her food (also takeaway) later than I did. And we were both waiting at the seats directly opposite the counter where the kitchen brings the freshly cooked food, so they definitely didn't forget us. I suspect the long waiting time is the reason why this place was pretty full when I was there.
The food is so-so, nothing to shout about. People probably come here just cos it's close to their accommodation. Some of the neighbouring food shops aren't open so there aren't that many choices in walking distance.
Prices on the Malay menu start from RM 6, e.g. for the nasi Goreng Biasa, char koeg teow biasa, ayam Goreng kunyit. Some of the fancier dishes with extra egg and chicken goes up to RM 20 or more. There's also a western menu but I didn't take a look at that.
The shop is on the main road. There are limited parking spots directly outside the shop. Cleanliness is decent enough, though there were some annoying bugs flying around in the air. Music was blasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is an enlarged gerai, with overall good quality of services, food taste, food variety choices and ambience. Our family regular food stop for dinner or lunch when we are in Batu Ferringhi. Vehicle parking is along the main road, dining area is spacious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place with good ambience to have a dinner and some chit chat with friends. The spaghetti is recommended ? either it's creamy or aglio olio both are very delicious. But the for the steak, it's not as juicy or tender as steak. Me and my friend reserved a table before we go afraid there's no empty seat when we arrive and we did order our food beforehand with the menu provided by the pic but unlucky us the menu provided were not the latest one. There were few of our food increase in price which we were very disappointed. One more things, the parking there were very veryyyyyy limited which is another unconvenience.

And try the mushroom soup. Worth every cent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from the road being busy, the food and location is wonderful. Very nice ambience.. Big variety of food here. From Malay to thai and western available. Creamy pasta yummeeh! Thanks to abg yg ambil order, he mentioned the pasta is kinda spicy and indeed the spices kick in the right taste? sotong bakar for lunch, why not? Perapan sempurna.. Sambal belacan je nak mintak lebih hehe. Overall RECOMMENDED!
