Tak mahu nak scan kod dan tak nak scan suhu, x lepas masuk nak marah-marah bersikat kurang ajar dan tak bersopan. Mencerminkan tabiat yang buruk dan imej yang tak baik bagi JENAMA SYARIKAT. Mohon lah..tolong bagi kerjasama...klau ikutkan hati saya mmg nak bedal je....
There is no problem with this Food Panda service .... but there is a problem with the introduction of this panda food ... at Paradigm Mall everyone does not want to follow the GOVERNMENT SOP. Don't ever use your card on this application when you order. Because they will purposely lag there app and you dont have any idea that your ordered will be doubled and will charged to your card!!! They are not willing to compromise as well!!! Don't ever use the Food Panda!!!! SCAM!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible app. Originally showed max 30 mins to deliver but took more than an hour to arrive. Not being able to cancel as restaurant has already made the food is not our fault but your app"s. You should allow us to cancel as its your fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You all having a bad service! We had ordered drinks from Foodpanda, but has been informed need to wait for an hour. We had waited for 1 hour and the app show us need to wait for another one hour, do you think this is fair to a customer? Then we checked with the customer service which also can't give us any explanation!!! After that the customer service told us we cannot cancel the order because the shop had process our drinks and will be deliver to us within 30 mins. Then we waited for another 30 mins and drinks has not been delivered to us! And the app show us need to wait for another one hour! OMG!!! Do you know how long we have waited and only for 2 drinks?!! We contact the customer service again and this time the customer allow to cancel our order and gave us a RM3 voucher. Can you imagine that we have waited for one and half hour for nothing?!! Please improve your service and your customer service was very helpful!! I'm not using foodpanda again!!!
